Our mission is to produce the very best quality beef we possibly through natural and organic methods. We are focused on serving the Western Pennsylvania market. We prioritize those communities in our region who are looking for a locally owned producer of food.
We also love all of our customers to tour our farm and gain a good understanding of how their food is being produced. We love meeting our customers and sharing what we have learned about sustainable agriculture as well as learning new things from everyone we meet.
