Westwind Milling Company

We are a very unique mill, flour store, and bakery. Here, we only offer local food that is grown sustainably. That means that each and every one of our customers will be able to take part to support our local community. 

Our grains are grown without any trace of synthetic fertilizers or chemical pesticides. Our soils are enriched with three things: organic and eco friendly manures, natural compost and crop rotation. 

We have Gluten Free Flour, Gluten Free baked goodies as well as a huge variety of our own flours.

We also feature freshly baked pastries and breads on Tuesdays and Fridays during the winter and even more often during the summer.
