Upper Meadows Farm & CSA

Our story began in 1987. Ever since, Upper Meadows Farm has been devoted to sustainable, holistic and organic agriculture. We join the Certified Organic with USDA in 1991 and we have passionately maintained our certification ever since. 

We started with only 4.5 acres of land and today we feature over 153 acres - all certified organic. We have also expanded our vegetable production and each year we produce over 200 varieties of organic vegetables, herbs and fruit. 

We are currently expanding our Apple and Pear orchard and also hoping to have an additional half an acre to perennial flower production to our farm soon. 

We also make hay when the sun shines and rotate our grain crops when we can. These include: barley, oats, wheat, rye, spelt, flax, buckwheat, and corn. 

All of our livestock are pasture based and we are always looking for new ways to improve and expand our pasture. It is the foundation of our agricultural health and the heart of the organic goodness we produce.
