Totten Family Organic Farm

To ensure happy, healthy Animals Totten Family Organic Farm employ management techniques such as good nutrition, low stocking bulks, frequent movement to fresh meadow, interspecies grazing, and alternating fields among grazing, haying, and vegetables production.

They never use hormones, antibiotics, pesticides and herbicides, or synthetic fertilizers. All their animals that do require grain are fed organic grain.

Through their management techniques they also encourage all of their animals to forage from their lush pastures of mixed grasses and legumes.

Scraps from their sustainably managed gardens may also be fed. They feed Dry hay from their own fields during the winter months and in that season the farm products will be available at the farm stand and through their CSA.

They will also be offering farm tours, organic vegetables starts, cut flowers, nursery trees, and educational programs on their the farm.
They do offer internship or apprenticeship programs.
