Quick and Easy Pesto Recipe

For the Basil Pesto, you will need: 
One tablespoon of water, a quarter cup of pine nuts, two thirds cup of good quality extra-virgin olive oil, half a cup top quality shredded parmesan cheese, two thirds of a cup of Litehouse Instantly Fresh Basil, half a tablespoon of Tbsp garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

To make the pesto, you will need to combine basil, water, garlic and pine nuts in a Food processor and pulse until completely blended. 

Then, add oil and salt & pepper to taste and blend until smooth. Pour contents into a bowl and mix in parmesan cheese. 

Serve or store in an air tight container.

This is a Gluten Free recipe and is suitable for anyone on a Vegetarian diet.
