Green Pie Footwear

Green Pie Footwear is originally slated to be a comfort shoe store, by combining their mutual interests (shoes and nature preservation), the pair was stimulated to create a more significant Business and indulge responsibly was intuitive. 

It was very important to not only to bring the most environmentally friendly brands into the store, but also build out the store front with its Environmental influence in mind.
It has a LED light fixtures were used to decrease the Energy required to light the store.

All the store fixtures were purchased used and the furniture was hand made by the couple owner out of reclaimed materials from The Rebuilding Center.

The fir floors were also re-finished using locally retrieved wood and water based sealant.  Beyond their business, the couple also strives to be as sustainable as possible in their everyday life.
