Good Food Movement

Growing Power have been providing affordable and Healthy Foods to our communities since 1993. 

We are also a national leader of the Good Food Movement and we're excited about what opportunities it can give us.

What we do is transform communities by supporting people from diverse backgrounds and the environments. We provide high-quality, fresh, healthy and natural food for all residents in the community. 

We have developed Community Food Centers, training, demonstrations, outreach and technical assistance to anyone in need.

We are strong believers that if everyone can grow safe, healthy, affordable food with access to land and clean water, then we'd have healthy communities. 

Our goal is simple: to grow food, to grow minds, and to grow community. 

We began with a farmer, a plot of land, and a group of dedicated people a few decades ago. Today, our love of the community and our dedication to sharing knowledge is changing lives and changing futures.
