Fair Trade and Organic Coffee Beans

Here at Fireroast Café, we have partnered up with local roaster Flamenco Organics from Minneapolis, MN. 

We want to bring to our customers the freshest and the most delicious cup of local Coffee. The coffee that we grind is not only certified organic, but is also Fair Trade Certified and natural.

These organic coffee beans is just the beginning of the story. Once they are picked, they are slowly and patiently roast small batches for maximum natural flavour. 

The company that produces the beans that we use are also Rainforest Alliance participants and are involved in a program that is committed to the social justice of women involved with coffee production.

We are partners with Flamenco Organics because we know that they are more than a business looking for profit. They are a socially conscientious organization that sources their beans from places that are making a positive environmental and social impact. 

Even their three roasting machines run on up to 30% solar energy.
