810 organic acres of grass supports our herd of grassfed Angus cattle and Berkshire pigs. Forage sequences fatten the animals into gourmet shape. We raise our herds in accordance with Animal Welfare Approved. USDA processed grassfed Angus beef and pastured Berkshire pork is available year round to the public and resale operations.
