Why you should use Organic Hair Products Product by:
Pamela Nigro - Organic Hairstylist & Colorist

Here at Pamela Nigro, we specialise in organic, natural, non-toxic and Eco friendly Hair products and services.

We recommend using natural products because conventional products contain a lot of harmful chemical. These can get absorbed right through the skin and enter the bloodstream.   Our skin is the largest organ of our bodies and we believe that what you put on your body is just as important as what you put in your body.

In fact, many conventional salon products that we use contains ingredients and chemicals that are harmful and irritating to our bodies. One of the most notorious is Sodium Laurel Sulfate - used in most shampoos. It is a chemical often used in shampoos for its detergent and foam-building abilities. It will cause eye irritation, skin rashes, hair loss, scalp scurf similar to dandruff along with allergic reactions.

Other synthetic chemicals that should be avoided are Methyl, Propyl, Butyl and Ethyl paraben, PVP/VA copolymer, petrolatum, stearalkonium chloride. They are often found inmany cosmetic and beauty ingredients. They can also cause allergic reactions and various other symptoms.

To avoid these, we recommend reading the labels carefully and choose the products with the best natural and organic ingredients for you and the environment.
