Don't believe it? Come in and take a guided tour of our lovely bakery in Yonkers. You will be left feeling amazed and hungry after you learn how our delicious pockets of bakery goodness are made with a touch of sunshine - thanks to our rooftop Solar Panels. 

Our solar energy system is fantastic - it converts solar into electricity to power our ovens. The energy it produces is 100% pollution-free and we believe that this makes our baked products 100% super tasty.
