Green EnviroPAK Corporation

Green EnviroPAK Corporation was founded in 1995; their mission is to provide world class sustainable packaging solutions that are environmentally friendly.

Their very first product was fluorescent bulb end caps.

Since then they  have produced protective molded pulp packaging for the Electronics, Computer, Beverage,  Consumer Goods, Automotive, CD/DVD, Medical, Candle, Wine, Food Service and Telecommunication Markets, to name a few.

They are also proud to have won the IOPP (Institute of Packaging Professionals) AmeriStar Gold Award for the design of a 12 bottle beer shipper, as well as a Technology and Innovation Award from the St. Louis County Economic Council.

Product design and tooling was originally outsourced in the early years.  Yet in order to respond quickly to customer needs, they have formed an in-house design team and built a tooling center.

They now utilize CAD stations and CNC machines, which allow their customers to go from concept to market as quick as anyone in the industry.

Through the years they have expanded their plant to 35,000 square foot level to accommodate our large growth.

They have added additional production lines, enhanced their warehousing space, added the tooling center, and expanded their offices to facilitate their ability to meet their customers’ demands.

They recently expanded again in 2008, enabling them to employ another high speed production line in our new 100,000 sq. ft. Production runs 24/7, and they pride their selves on the level of talent and expertise that they offer in their sustainable manufacturing, eco design, sales and administration departments.

As they move towards a global economy the companies must stick to new regulations from the EU, which reduces the use of certain foams and plastics. Actually, some countries execute taxes on plastic interior packaging.

While the price of oil, and subsequently plastics, continue to increase, companies are looking to reduce costs, as at the same time adhering to environmental regulations.
