We believe that anyone with Celiac Disease should still be able to enjoy a great slice of pizza - just like everyone else. 

Unfortunately, Celiac Disease prevents people from eating foods that has gluten - which is in wheat and other grains. Consuming gluten can cause those with Celiac Disease to have a bad reaction in their small intestine and this will lead to health problems and illness.
