On our farm, we are currently raise grass-fed Jersey steers for Beef. Our cows are fed by the bottle until they are 12 weeks old, and the Delicious Bindel Beef from these cows are scrumptious.
We supplement them in the winter with high quality hay. Our beef is then dry-aged fourteen days before being cut into steaks.
The steaks are then vacuum packaged to defend the meat in the freezer.
