Completely Eco Grass Fed Lamb

Canter Hill lambs are born on our farm and exclusively raised on pasture. We do not feed antibiotics nor supplement with any grain whatsoever in our completely eco Grass Fed Lamb.

Lambs are usually processed between six and eleven months of age for optimal size and tenderness.

It is the "filet mignon" of Organic Lamb. The loin chops are the most tender and tasty cut, if you are prepared to splurge.
