Built Green Programs Overview

Thirty of Washington's counties are served by eleven Built Green programs. Each program is quite distinct, so this is a short Built Green Programs overview.

Some of them certify new single family homes whilst others offer certification for Construction such as remodels, communities, and multi-family projects.

Generally speaking, one to three star levels are able to be verified by the builder or developer. Four to five star levels require hiring an independent third-party verifier.
