Animals are Mothers Too

Each year, Mother’s Day marks an occasion to reflect on not just the love of our own mothers, but the concept of motherhood. Animals are mothers too, and we often overlook our own  hypocrisy when it comes to motherhood among Animal species.

It is not at all possible to distance our use of animals as economic resources from our exploitation of their reproductive systems.
