Anderson’s Sustainable Furniture

Anderson’s Sustainable Furniture is a custom furniture shop, wood arts gallery, and retail lumber outlet begun by Nathan Anderson in 2007.

Nathan Anderson owner first became interested in wood at 16 years of age; while he is still in high school he started milling logs under the guidance of a veteran Sawyer with the intention of making that his career.

Anderson’s Sustainable Furniture sells and works with sustainable hardwoods and softwoods sourced from Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.

The majority of their inventory is salvaged from beaches, rivers, yards, orchards, and construction demolition.

In addition, they also provide eco-friendly custom milling services and mill all of their own lumber at a mill site in nearby Albion.
