Vegan Bakery - Using Mostly Whole GrainsWe make our products using whole grains (unless we want to spoil you with perhaps our spelt fudge brownie or another purely decadent favorite), organic and 100% natural ingredients, minimally refined sugars, zero cholesterol and we would never, ever, even consider feeding you a hydrogenated oil. We strive to run our bakery with the smallest ecological footprint possible, our sweets do not contain animal products. All of our products are 100% dairy and egg free (vegan). Things we do: compost all of our food waste, recycle everything, re-use cardboard boxes to package orders, buy from and support local businesses/non-profits/folks as much as possible, deliver our central-city orders by bicycle, and use bakery bags that are recycled and biodegradable.
