Certified Organic Vegetables-Free range Lamb,Goat and MuttonCompost is very important to growing good vegetables.  The plants can best utilize nutrients after they have gone through an animal and we can best absorb nutrients after growing into a plant.  Dr. Wallach says that most of us die from mineral defiencies.  To get a complete micro mineral soil, we add prehorstic compos(in ground shale form) to the goat and sheep feed and compost the bedding from the barn. Other soils have been depleted so just try our lettuce.
