At the end of the 30 days they are taking no more insulin nor drugs of any kind, they have lost weight, and reduced their blood pressure, cholesterol and blood-sugar levels. They did this simply by following a diet consisting entirely of organic, live, raw foods.  The film features appearances and endorsements from prestigious figures and celebrities, including actor Woody Harrelson, self-improvement guru Tony Robbins, raw food expert David Wolfe, Dr. Gabriel Cousens, the developer of the technique, and many others.
