Agave is used upon request. Diabetic-friendly items are sweetened with organic birch. All wheat-free. Organic whole grain oat flour is used in most items.  Gluten-free cakes are made with brown rice flour. No added fat. Muffins, cookies, brownies, apricot date bars, cakes, wedding cakes, pies, uncheesecakes, Rainforest Cakes, parfaits, cupcakes, fudge, tea breads, coffee cake.  Wedding cakes and birthday cakes are a specialty!  We do CUSTOM ORDERS to fit your dietary needs/preferences.
