Green Polarity therapy

Green Polarity therapy uses a comprehensive system of bodywork, nutritional guidance, exercise and verbal counseling that heals the holistic system.

It works with life energy in all of its forms and substance restoring a balanced distribution of the body's energy.

Green Polarity therapy's goal is to realign and unite the body, mind, spirit and vibrant health.

This is based on the concept that we are fields of energy known as the basic elements of life: ether/space, air, water, fire and earth.

These elements relate to each other and flow in balance of positive and negative center.

When this energy is blocked, it creates disequilibrium in our body, thoughts and emotions.

This leads to chronic physical pain, emotional distress and diseases.

As a Polarity practitioner, Susie Grimmett uses her hand to examine the body and the energy surrounding it to be able to identify and release blockages.

Susie Grimmett graduated from Carolina Polarity the School of Energetic Studies, an associate polarity practitioner and also a Reiki Master Teacher.

She had undergone extensive training on Polarity Therapy and was successful in making her own Polarity Therapy Center.
