Burroughs Organic Cheese is made with organic, Grass based and whole milk from Burrough Family Farm.

This delicious product is a grass-based organic Gouda-style artisan cheese with extra rich creaminess, sweet green flavors, a buttery texture and a slight note of caramel.

They use Fresh whole milk from their grass based organic dairies which results in a unique yellow colored cheese with a naturally high levels of beta carotene in the milk.

The taste of the cheese reflects the assorted pastures and soils of their region and showcases our herd's quality milk.
