The Oaxacan Kitchen

We serve authentic Mexican food that are made from fresh seasonal ingredients - all sourced from sustainable local suppliers. Those ingredients that we obtain from the local farms and artisans at farmers' markets all go directly in to our food.

At, The Oaxacan Kitchen Mobile, we are committed to being eco and environmentally friendly. We offer sustainably raised and hormone-free meats on our menu and all our seafood is sourced locally for a lower carbon footprint.

We only use reusable, recyclable or compostable products. This means you won't be able to find any Styrofoam or plastic bags inside our vans. Even our to go packaging boxes are 100% biodegradable and compostable.

You can find us at a lot of catered events, our cooking classes, farmers' markets and of course at our mobile kitchen.
