NJSPCA

The NJSPCA, or the New Jersey Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals began in 1868. We are the second oldest animal cruelty prevention in the US. 

Our agents were established as Law Enforcement Authority. They are in charge of investigating and prosecuting anyone involved in animal abuse and neglect towards animals. 

Our mission today is the same as what it was when we began many years ago. Through our hard efforts, we aim to make a positive difference and educate the community about animals rights.

We are solely funded by donations, grants, bequests and fines. We receive no government funding or tax.
